  10. I have a Gobal Village 19.2 on my PowerBook 520c and I always connect at
  11. 14.4 when talking to he USRobotics 28.8 modems at work. Can these two
  12. modems talk at 19.2? I have a feeling that these two modems negotiate down
  13. to 14.4 because they don't understand each other at 19.2 (different
  14. standards used by each manufacturer).
